Try to pull out spindle drive and clean the fan.make sure fan is running.If do you have identical machine in running condition try to swap the drive .

Check your servo motor connections. My H-S 4NE-600 gives me a 701 alarm if they become loose or disconnected.

I would try to Pull out the servo drive and remove fan connector. Re install the servo drive and see if alarm will come up.

Hi,
I'm trying to mill a recess on the end face of a job.
Have not got a clue on what I am doing.
We have a NL-2500 with Y axis and I am trying to use CAPS.
The recess has an internal diameter of 81mm a depth of 11mm.
The part also has a 25.4mm diameter spigot in the centre.
I can get the recess but do not know how to program the spigot.
Can anyone give me some help.

We have not been able to fix it. The technician said he needs the ladder with cross reference to figure out what "Y 503" means in the electrical drawings.
LeBlond mfg. says they do not have the ladder...i don't believe them.

Fanuc says that's a LeBlond problem or that something is causing a short and burns my 2.0 Amp fuse...that is the second one already.

If you know anyone that may have it, i will appreciate it very much.
I need all the help i can get.

This machine is my whole shop and i have some work unfinished.

When i power on.
Board AI6B-1600-00 on UNIT INPUT switch ON contactor about 3s.
Then switch OFF contactor.

I checked I/O port on board AI6B-1600-00 .
It connect with AI6B-1210-0660 by CP2.
Pin 5 and pin 6 of CP2 connect common open relay RY11 ( on AI6B-1210-0660 )
Board AI6B-1600-00 switch off contactor because RY11 does not work.

But i do not understand.
Can you help me ?

128 EMG stop

F1 E7 F2 E7 display on Servo drive

all wiring and parameters already checked and confirmed okay.
